Teaching and observing instruction and management skills was an amazing experience. Lesher showed me how much a teacher can impact students at the middle school level and how to nurture curiosity and life-learning as a teacher. Some of the key lessons I learned during my time there was how important student-teacher relationships are, how to differentiate content throughout the entire teaching experience, and how to create a culture in a classroom that nurtures academic growth. Below is a cumulation of my experience in a teacher work sample.
