I thought I was just a bad test taker. Once I realized that my symptoms of taking a test weren't normal I could finally start working towards being able to take exams that could actually reflect my knowledge.

1. avoid caffeine

2. get a lot of rest

3. don't prestudy the day of the test

4. come right on time, no earlier, no later
